These terms and conditions (The “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.sparklesandchuckles.ca (The “Site”). This site is owned and operated by Sparkles and Chuckles Car Seat and Stroller Cleaning Service and is used to book car seat and stroller cleanings. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sparkles and Chuckles. 

By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

You may not use our Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

All content published and made available on our Site, is the property of Sparkles and Chuckles and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Sparkles and Chuckles or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. Sparkles and Chuckles content is not for resale. Refund Policy

Cancellation of a booking for a cleaning must be made 24 hours prior to the date and time of the service in order to receive a full refund. No refund will be provided once a cleaning has been completed.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Site. 

Limitation of Liability 

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable.

Sparkles and Chuckles reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Sparkles and Chuckles in asserting any available defenses.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
